Pre-Order Shipping

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your item may not be in stock at the time of purchase
  • Orders will ship after production is completed
  • Estimated shipping timeframe is approximately 45 days from the date of purchase
  • This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee, and delays may occur due to production, supplier, or shipping factors

Because this information is clearly provided throughout our website and at checkout:

All pre-order sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to wait times, delays within the estimated timeframe, or change of mind.

If your order has not shipped within a significantly extended period beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at
