Pre-Order Shipping & Refund Policy

All pre-order items are expected to ship within approximately 45 days from the date of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This is a pre-order item and not in stock
  • The 45-day timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date
  • Delays may occur due to production, supplier timelines, or shipping carriers

Because this is clearly stated throughout our website and at checkout:

All pre-order sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to wait times, delays within the estimated window, or change of mind.

If your order has not shipped within a reasonable time beyond the 45-day estimate, please contact us and we will review your case.


At South Line Supply, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected.

Because many of our products are limited releases or pre-orders, returns are limited. Please read the policy below before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are only accepted within 1 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order once it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 1 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Pre-Orders & Shipping Times

Some products sold on South Line Supply may be pre-orders. Estimated shipping times may vary depending on production, supplier timelines, and inventory availability.

By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that shipping and delivery may take longer than normal.

South Line Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or manufacturing delays.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used products

  • Limited drops

  • Custom or special orders

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
